Unit One Exam
Your Unit One exam will be held on Thursday 9th of June at 11.10am-12.40pm
It will go for 90 minutes (10 mins of reading time, 80 mins of writing time)
What to expect:
Area of Study 1- Ideology and Conflict
Area of Study 2- Social and Cultural Change
What will be structure of the exam:
10 x multiple choice questions (10 marks)
10 x short answer questions (30 marks)
2 x visual analyses (20 marks)
1 x extended response (20 marks)
TOTAL 80 marks
How to study for the exam?
There will not be anything on the exam that we have not covered in class, in your KK tasks and in your SACs. Therefore the best thing to do would be to revise over your notes from class, each of your KK tasks and SACs and their feedback. Remember that if a questions is worth three marks then you should be looking to share three pieces of information. Information could come in the form of facts, events, statistics, quotes, people or places.
