End of Year Exam
The End of the Year exam will be held on Friday 18th of November at 8.50am-11.05am
It will go for 135 minutes (15 mins of reading time, 120 mins of writing time)
What to expect:
Unit 1
AOS 1: Ideology and Conflict
AOS 2: Social and Cultural Change
Unit 2
AOS 1: Competing ideologies
AOS 2: Challenge and change
What will be structure of the exam:
10 x define terms (20 marks)
Short answer questions (30 marks)
3 x visual analyses (30 marks)
1 x extended response (20 marks)
TOTAL 100 marks
How to study for the exam?
There will not be anything on the exam that we have not covered in class, in your KK tasks and in your SACs. Therefore the best thing to do would be to revise over your notes from class, each of your KK tasks and SACs and their feedback. Remember that if a questions is worth three marks then you should be looking to share three pieces of information. Information could come in the form of facts, events, statistics, quotes, people or places.
